Planned Violence Exhibition in Oxford

jhb-photo-essay-(43)Thursday, April 28, 2016 (All day) to Monday, June 27, 2016 (All day)

Seminar Room, Radcliffe Humanities, Woodstock Road, Oxford

A selection of the provocative urban images from Planned Violence project will be on display on the 3rd floor of the Radcliffe Humanities building. The photographs of cities ranging from Mumbai to Milton Keynes will confront how cultural forms can interrogate restrictions on urban environments in the 21st-century city. Join us for the launch of the Planned Violence photo exhibition on 28 April at 17:15 in the Seminar Room.

Elleke Boehmer and Dominic Davies, PI and Facilitator on the project, will talk through some of the searching questions that Planned Violence raised, and how photographs might respond to these.

All are welcome!
